Botanical Impression Process:
The one of a kind botanical patterns on this pot are created by impressing plants directly into the soft clay to capture even the finest detail. An iron oxide wash is sponged into the texture after the bisque firing to reveal every line of the impression.
The inside and upper portion of the pot is then glazed. The unglazed exterior surface of the clay is vitrified and food safe, as well as lightly sanded to give a tactile feel.
Microwave and dishwasher safe.
Avoid extreme temperature shifts.
